Model and serial numbers for Coleman®-Mach® rooftop air conditioners can be found in two different places on each unit. There are separate model and serial numbers for the rooftop unit and the various ceiling assemblies available. Both numbers can be helpful when troubleshooting air conditioning problems.

• It may be easier to identify the rooftop unit model number from the top of the vehicle. On most models, the rating plate is visible through the louvered area of the outer plastic cover (shroud) on the driver's side of the vehicle. It is located on the evaporator housing at the front of the unit (see photo), so you may have to remove the shroud to view the number clearly. On older models, the numbers may be located on the condenser fan shroud or the condenser header plate. Both are located in the area of the condenser coil.
  
  
• The ceiling assembly model and serial numbers may be located by removing the plastic grille covering the ceiling assembly. The model number sticker is located on the metal framework above the grille as shown.
